Après Villa Usage Terms & Conditions

Property Usage Restrictions

Use of Property is subject to the following usage restrictions:

  • No illegal activity.

  • No parties or events at any time, unless approved by Manager under Wedding & Elopement Agreement.

  • No smoking/vaping inside Après Villa structures.

  • No open fires or fireworks.

  • No pets, unless approved by Manager.

  • No occupants beyond Property's legal occupancy limit.

  • No excessive noise between 11:00pm and 8am.

  • No entry into rooms designated as Owner Closet.

  • No use of drones, unless approved by Manager.

  • No camping on Property.

  • No parking on Watson Road or Access Road between Watson Road and property.

  • No motorized vehicles allowed off road

Violations, Removal and Remediation Fees

Violation of this Agreement gives Manager, its owners, agents, and affiliates the right to lawfully remove any occupants at its sole discretion. In this scenario the Agreement will be terminated immediately for cause. All funds and fees paid will be forfeited and Guest will pay additional fees of up to $10,000, within five business days of receiving notice as follows:

  • Unauthorized party/event: $10,000

  • Smoking/vaping inside: $2,000 + remediation cost

  • Unauthorized pet: $1,000

  • All other violations will be charged up to $1,000 per violation or the amount required to remediate, whichever is greater.

Property Damage & Payment

Guest agrees to communicate to Manager all damage to Property observed during their stay. If damage occurred during Agreement, Guest agrees to pay Manager within five days of Check Out for the total cost of goods and services to make the replacement or repair. Guest has the right to request receipts from Manager.

Liability & Indemnification

Responsible Renter assumes liability for Guest Group and the ordinary risks of staying at the Property. These risks include, but are not limited, to hazards in and around the Property, including propane-powered appliances (i.e. Fireplace, Firepit, BBQ, etc.), wet hazards, snow or ice hazards located on the ground, on the roof or near trees, landscape features such as irrigation, boulders or uneven terrain, or animals. Guest is responsible for the safe use and supervision of all children guests. Manager is not responsible for Guest’s personal property or vehicles. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Manager and its owners, agents and affiliates for all liability claims during Agreement.

Interruptions

Manager has offered Guest travel insurance to mitigate potential trip interruptions. Manager is not responsible or liable for trip interruptions due to forces outside Manager's control, including but not limited to utility outages, weather events, road closures, or access etc. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Manager and its owners, agents and affiliates from claims and costs arising from such interruptions. Guest agrees to provide Manager and its owners, agents and affiliates access to Property from 8am to 5pm PST ("Resolution Hours") for the purpose of resolving interruptions under Manager's control. In these situations Manager agrees to communicate with Guest in a timely manner about interruption resolution plans for the duration of the interruption or Agreement.

Security System Disclosures

Property uses exterior-only security cameras for safety, security, and property protection. Cameras are located at the front door, front of house, back of house, and side of house. Cameras do not monitor interior spaces. Guest acknowledges and consents to the presence and operation of these exterior cameras as permitted by law.
